Denver Trip

Cute little Zoey!!
This tiger kept pacing by Travis and Zoey, I think he thought Zoey was dinner. You can tell by looking at Travis he was a little uncomfortable.

Zach in one of the fish tanks

Zoey's first plane ride. She did great. On the way home she got her own seat because the plane was pretty empty, and she thought she was a big girl. Travis sat with Zach and I sat with Zoey in the row in front of them. For the first hour she looked through a magazine and played peek a boo with daddy and Zach, then she went to sleep.

Zoey got to experience her first snow. She got so excited!!

Zach was hoping for snow. It wasn't in the forecast when we left, but Zach opened the curtains our second day there and was pleased to see it snowing. It was snowing so hard we couldn't see the hotel in front of us.

Denver's local aquarium. It was pretty cool.

These pictures didn't get downloaded in the order that I wanted them to, but I wasn't going to do it again. We went to Denver this last week for a Hemophilia Convention. It was the first time that we were able to attend. We had a great time. Zach had a blast. He got to join their kids program that took them out into Denver while we were at meetings. It was great for him to see that he is not the only child with hemophilia. He is starting to struggle with the whole idea of having hemophilia so Travis and I thought that is was very important for him to be around kids with hemophilia so he could see that he was not the only one. We had a very long but fun week. We all really enjoy Denver.

Where are Zach's gloves? Glad he got to go and had a good time.

He had them on but he took them off so he could feel the snow. It looks really cold but it wasn't that bad. The snow didn't stay ont the ground for more than a couple of hours.

I think Denver would probably be a great city if it weren't for the presence of those Broncos.
