Down 10

So I started a diet about 3 weeks ago when I stepped on the scale and it said 205. I knew in my head when the scale got over 200 it was going to be time to do something. I started running for 30 mins. everyday and watching my calories. The first week was hell and alittle depressing. When I was in college I could run a seven minute mile with ease. The first day, some ten yrs later, it moved up to an eighteen min. mile. I felt sick. I was sore, sadly it hit me I was out of shape and.....old. My goal was to get to 185 (-20 lbs.) by Zoey's birth. Today I'm at 195 and ran 2.25 miles in 30 minutes. The first mile I ran in 11 minutes. I am eating better and getting close to the goal that some laughted at when I started.(Remember Zach's party mom and dad) This is not an easy house to diet in. Traci wants me fat and Zach is always snacking on something. I shall overcome! See ya at 185 on Nov 29th.

Congrats on the ten pounds. Just don't fall into my trap, I lose the same 10 pounds every month. Yes, it is hard to diet especially when the pounds go on so fast and come off so slow. Keep up the good work and keep on running. I see the baby has a name. Good job Zach!

Keep it up dude. I still haven't reached my 150 goal. kinda slacked off.

Sounds like your parent are part of your motivation. Funny part is, you did that in a way for me. We bought some pants at your store. I got 32s. You said I looked like a 34. Rachel said I want to get back to 32. You told her that wasn't gonna happen.

The 34s I have are a little loose now. ;)

Keep it up son.....all we said at Zach's party is the pizza and cake were not diet foods!!! I'm glad to hear you are exercising and eating right. I'm proud of you, keep it up! Make it a lifestyle!
