Zoey has TEETH!!

Well, over the last week and a half, Zoey has cut four teeth. She cut two on top and two on bottom. She wasn't to bad. One night she was up about three times, but she really didn't cry to much. She is now almost eight months old and she already has four teeth. Zach didn't cut any teeth until he was ten and a half months, and he had a really hard time. I remember with him we were up all night while he just cried and cried. So, so far Zoey hasn't been to bad. Since she has been cutting teeth she knaws on anything she can get her hands on. The other day she was chewing on my arm and I forgot she had any teeth and she bit me. I said "ouch" and she just looked up at me with her now toothy grin and laughed as though she knew what she was doing. She is so darn cute. I will try and get a picture of her teeth when the top two really pop through, that is if she will let me.

Sun Splash Waterpark

I know it has been a week since we were in Phoenix, but it has been very busy since we got home. Here is a couple videos and some pixs of the kids at the waterpark. I was planning on getting video of Zach when he came down the huge waterslides, but we got rained out before I could :( So there is a couple short videos of Zoey and some pixs of the both of them. PHX weekend

So the family had to take a trip out to pheonix this weekend so Traci could do a state test in order to do her student teaching and graduate school. I will be honest and say I was not looking forward to a 4 hour car ride and a hotel stay with a 7 month old. Both the kids did awesome on the way there and back!! Zoey just sits in the backseat and has her own little party and Zach watches DVDs or plays with whatever toys he brings. I had a great time with the family. On Sat. while Traci took her test I had the kids to myself for about 4 hours. We went over to the mall across the street and over to Best Buy for almost 3 hours and just had fun. Both kids did great and I can not think of a better time I have had with them. Sun we went to the water park and played for about 5 hours until a flash flood came and ended that. Zach of course had the time of his life there and so did Zoey. She is so funny and she just goes along with everything we throw at her. I was worried how a baby would fit in with the family and how much things would change....however she has added so much more to our family. Zach was a great baby, and we thought we could never get such a mellow fun loving baby again! Zoey has set a new standard, we all love her so much.

Back to School

Reg. for the fall semister yest, also found out I received a PELL grant. It's all on Uncle Sam for now. Got my info, from Parker Chiropractic College, and I am eager to see the campus. The first steps are coming together.-Dr. Early :)

Travis has been coned!!

One of the girls at work gave me this waxed cone. You are suppose to put it in your ear and set it on fire. Smoke starts to come out the end that is in your ear and leaves ashes all over. This is suppose to be the correct way to clean out your ears. So I thought I would do try this out on Travis. He fought me on it, but I thought it looked interesting so I made him do it. He was not very willing but he did it. After everything was done we cut open the cone to see what was inside. It was DISGUSTING!! It was full of wax!! It really worked. You are suppose to do one cone on each ear but Travis wouldn't do it. We did half in each ear. So I can just image what we would have gotten out if we would have completed the one ear. Travis' isn't really happy that I am putting this on the blog but Zach and I thought that it was pretty funny. The things I can get him to do is great. ENJOY!!!!

Zoey Crawling

Zoey is now trying to crawl. She hasn't just yet figured out how to pull her knees up, but she can still move. We have to really watch her now because she is everywhere. Just thought I would show you guys how she is getting along.
