Last night they had the tree lighting ceremony here in Overland Park. Santa was there as well as hay rides pulled by hores, so went down to check it out. Zoey was upset waiting in line to see HO HO and started crying because she wanted to see HO HO. By the time it was her turn she was in a full blown melt down. I told her to go ahead and see Santa. Travis and I actually thought she would be scared. She wasn't she ran up to him, jumped in his lap and wouldn't let go. So here is a little video of the kids with Santa. We didn't get as much as I wanted but it was so crowed this was all we could get.

Ready for trick or treat

Trick or Treating
Our Little Dorothy
Trick or Treating
The kids had a blast trick or treating. We didn't think Zoey would understand what to do, but it only took two houses and she figured it out. The first house we went to the lady opened the door and Zoey walked right in. By the the third house she was a pro!! When it was time to go home she said "no home" It was a nice fall evening too. The weather was a little crisp and it actually felt like Halloween. It was so nice that they were able to wear what ever costumes they wanted because in Arizona you had to be pretty selective so you didn't die of heat stroke!!
Fall Fun
Grandma's yummy carmel apple!
Enjoying the fresh cider doughnuts!
Corn Maze!!
Corn Maze!!
We took the kids to a local pumpkin patch at a working Cider Mill. They had home made cider doughnuts and Linda had a carmel apple. The were both GOOD!! We all went through a corn maze for the first time. The maze was Drakulas head. It was huge and we thought we would never find the end. We had a lot of fun there. It is so nice to finally be somewhere were it fills like fall and the kids get to enjoy so much.
