Zoey eating a cookie

Zoey is having such a hard time cutting teeth. Her two bottoms are so close to coming through. So every night, when we sit down at the table we give her a cookie. She LOVE'S them!! As you can tell her whole face and body is covered in the cookie. Every time after she has a cookie we have to give her a bath because she has cookie everywhere you can think of. Just thought I would share Zoey at her dirtiest.

Zoey's Bath

Well, Zoey is now out of control in the bath. She usually splashes and kicks and screams the whole time. Tonight she was a light vain. This time she wanted the camera the whole time. So sorry it is not a long video but she got out of control so I had to stop. I had to end up draining the bath so she could finish playing.

Las Vegas day trip!!!

Well, Travis had inventory all day yesterday so it was going to be me and the kids all day and all night. Since our Peter Piper Pizza closed there is literally nothing for kids to do anymore. So I asked Zach if he wanted to go to Las Vegas. Of course he said yes. So I thought I might regret it but I decided to take both kids by myself on a two hour car ride to Las Vegas to play for the day. We did a little shopping but we mainly went up there so Zach could go to Chuck E Cheese. We had so much fun. Zoey was great the whole day and she only slept maybe 30 minutes up in the car and 30 minutes on the way home in the car. She was such a trooper. We actually had a lot of fun and I didn't stress out at all. I am so lucky to have such good kids. Zach and I found a new place that is as indoors and has a lot of different bounce houses. We tried to go but they were closed on Monday's. So maybe since things went so well, we will have to do this again. MAYBE!!!

Travis' School

Well, it is official Travis said he talked about to most of you guys so I will just confirm it. Travis has decided to go back to school. He was trying to figure out what to go back for, he initially started getting a degree in Business Management, but it is such a broad degree we don't think he can really get much out of it. So we started thinking and he decided to go back and get his degree Chiropractic. It is nice to actually see him get excited about something. He never really shows much emotion. We received his transcripts from UNLV last week and all of the courses that he has taken will all be transferable to his degree. He has to complete 30 more credit hours in order to be accepted into the program. So he is going to register and take 17 credits this fall and hopefully the same in Spring. Once he completes the program he will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Yes, he has all ready told Zach and I we would have to call him Dr. Early!! The program will be pretty intense but I know he will be fine. It is only 3 years long. The only thing is there are only 15 Chiropractic Schools across the nation. So he has chosen to attend the school in Dallas Texas. So needless to say the house has been listed with a realtor and hopefully by next fall we will be on our way to Texas for Travis to finish school. Just thought I would confirm everything for everybody. It is going to be a long road, but it will be a wonderful payoff in the end.

Father's Day Baseball Game!

On Friday at Zach's school they had a father's day baseball game for all dads and grandpa's. Zach was lucky because he was able to have the best of both worlds. Travis and John were able to attend. Zach said they had fun! Zach's teacher took a picture so I thought I would share this special day with everyone.
